Salted, Smoked Salted and Lavender Caramels

Our traditional caramel recipe that slowly caramelizes a variety of dairy products and sugars for a rich, buttery taste and then it is topped with large flakes of sea salt. Our best selling caramel by far, this salty sweet treat quickly becomes a must have staple in the pantries of our customers.  The Lavender variety is topped with French lavender for a floral sweet treat. This flavor has a cult-like following!  The Smoked Salt features hickory smoked salt! The smoke flavor on the salt adds a touch of umami to the salty and sweet flavors already found in a salted caramel.
