Excellent with breakfasts, as part of a bread basket, or used in place of a burger bun. Bobolink's breads are made from regionally-grown organic grains and other local ingredients. This biscuitξis made from unbleached organic wheat flour, organic unsalted butter, salt, baking soda, cream of tarter, whey, and Bobolink cave-aged Cheddar.
