Its unique process uses much less water, and additionally, because it has a much shorter fermentation period, develops an acidity between natural and washed coffees, which makes the acidity very well balanced. This flavorful coffee has a subtle bright note of raspberry honey up front, as well as hints of tropical fruit. These are accompanied by a medium body with a strong note of roasted almond. It finishes creamy and smooth with big notes of dark chocolate covered toffee and just a hint of earthiness. A perfect morning cup that is great straight, or with a bit of cream and a dash of brown sugar.
