This extremely dark roast is a blend of three different coffees that uniquely compliment each other. On the front end, it starts off very smoky and robust, with very low acidity. Soon, you dig a little deeper into its intense body. It reveals some rich, dark chocolate notes, as well as some rye-like earthiness for its assertive, yet nice and smooth, finish.  Shelf Life: An unopened bag will remain tasty for five months due to our processes and packaging. We remove most of the oxygen from each bag during our packaging process and replace it with food-grade nitrogen to lovingly cradle these precious beans for a long time.
