Ethiopia Sacred Origin V1 comes from smallholder farmers in the high-altitude region of Daye Bensa, Sidama, and is processed with care at the ShantaGolba Washing Station under the leadership of Abayneh Yunnuna. Known for his precision and innovation, Abayneh has mastered natural processing, beginning with anaerobic fermentation and followed by slow drying on shaded raised beds. The result is a vibrant, jui
