*Our Single Origin Roasting Schedule*  We take pride in delivering the freshest single origin coffees to our customers. For transparency reasons, we roast all our single origin beans just once a week, exclusively on Mondays. For those who want the freshest single origin coffee delivered to them, we recommend placing your order on Saturday or Sunday. This timing allows us to ship your coffee immediately after roasting it, ensuring your order of single origin coffees shows up at your doorstep as fresh as possible.
