Swedish Bobbin Winder - Spolmaskin - G. Andersson

  This bobbin winder has been used by weavers for many years. Manufactured of brass and steel in Sweden, this winder will last for generations. Clamped to a table or winding stand, it accommodates bobbins and pirns. The spindle is available in two thicknesses.  Thick (spindle diameter 1/4 to 5/16)Thin (spindle diameter 5/32 to 3/16).  The thick spindle accommodates Schacht and Leclerc bobbins, and Schacht end-feed shuttle pirns. The thin style thinner diameter quills.  Schacht and Leclerc bobbins can be wound on the thin style by placing a cardboard quill over the spindle.
