Cool on Track® Bell Boots offer a cooling effect, wrapping the hoof to cool and moisturize. Made with sturdy mesh for efficient water evaporation, they are easy to use and chemical-free. Simply soak, squeeze out excess water, and secure with a hook and loop strap. Store damp to maintain shape. IMPORTANT NOTICE – DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MANIPULATE ANY COOL ON TRACK PRODUCT WITHOUT FIRST WETTING IT.  MANIPULATING THE MATERIAL BEFORE WETTING MAY RESULT IN SURFACE DAMAGE.
