Located on the outskirts of Marta, a village on the southern rim of the crater Lake Bolsena at ~450 meters, Poggio Bbaranello is the realization of a dream and a labor of love from two of the most passionate winemakers in this remarkable wine region. 100% Procanico with 28 days skin maceration in amphora before gentle pressing. Aged in amphora for 5 months, then another 6 months in steel (30% still on skins). No filtering or fining and minimal added sulfur if necessary. (SelectioNaturel)
