Located on the outskirts of Marta, a village on the southern rim of the crater Lake Bolsena at ~450 meters, Poggio Bbaranello is the realization of a dream and a labor of love from two of the most passionate winemakers in this remarkable wine region. This cuvée is 100% Roscetto with 15 days skin maceration. The wine is aged for a year in stainless steel on fine lees before bottling. This is the only producer making 100% Roscetto with skin maceration, due to vines being very low yielding! (SelectioNaturel)
