Stoneware Orchid Cachepot with Butterfly Design

This creamy white orchid cachepot with its matching plate is made for growing orchids.  Decorative air holes are cut into the carved monarch butterflies decorating the orchid pot to allow the increased airflow that orchids love.  Air holes are also cut into the bottom of the pot that is raised above the plate to keep your orchid out of the water that collects in the plate. The foot of the pot is notched where it sits in the plate to allow air to circulate beneath the pot. This pot is sized so that a standard 4" plastic pot will fit inside if you do not wish to transplant the orchid. The next to last photo shows the pot with a plastic liner inside.
