LSG "El Patron"

The "El Patron" Grill & Smoker is the most versatile cooker we make.  "El Patron" is THE BOSS in Spanish and that's exactly what this grill is.  Inspired by the old school "hot box" style cookers.  You can grill, smoke, do direct heat, low and slow, indirect heat, bake, sear, rotisserie, and its even a pizza oven.  The grill body and stand are constructed from 3/16'' carbon steel more than double the thickness of our competitors grills.  The fire box bottom is lined with fire brick to hold and retain heat like a traditional "Hot Box" style cooker.  The charcoal grate is height adjustable and doubles as a heat diverter when used as a "low and slow" indirect cooker.  Hood includes a gasket to keep heat and smoke inside and one large Tel Tru Temperature gauge.  The hood also has a secondary Pizza Oven door for authentic wood fired pizzas and wood fired baking.  One large fire box with sliding air damper, notched door handle adjustments, and 2 exhaust dampers making this perfect for of
