8/2 Organic Cotton from Venne of The Netherlands. Certified GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard).  Although the price is high for cotton, what it represents, is a collective effort to improve our planet. Available on 100 gram cones in 25 colors.  It is more a "homespun" look than Bockens Egyptian cotton, it is very absorbent for towels. We like it sett just a tad looser than the Bockens Egyptian 8/2.   Approx. 740 yards per 100 gram spool 3,330 yards per pound Sett suggestions 18-24 epi 8/2 organic cotton is also available on large 1 kilo cones (1000 grams = approx 2.2 pounds) for $96.00 a cone.
