Williams TCA GG-1 Heavyweight Passenger Set 25th Anniversary 6 cars +ALL extras

You are looking at a modern rerun of a postwar classic! This is a scarce set by Williams from 1979 that was a special version of the O gauge GG-1 and classic era Heavyweight or "Madison" cars.In 1979, the Train Collectors Association (TCA) released this set through Williams Trains who was doing reproductions of classic era trains at the time. This set was meant as a fundraiser, and it commemmorated the 25th Anniversary of the TCA--1954-1979. The original set was the GG-1 and three cars. Then you could add on the two car set and then the Diner shell to either be put on a car frame OR to be used without a base as a stand-alone diner like the old prewar Lionel Diner. The set also came with the TCA Booster cloth you see here, a letter from the TCA, and the Williams paperwork you see.  IT IS ALL HERE. You do not often find all six pieces together.The GG-1 did not come with a reverse unit on board. Later, one was offered for you to retro fit into it. This set does not have the later reverse
