Seamless Pullover

Make a sweater all in one piece, mini-style! In this class, you’ll learn how to knit a seamless raglan sweater from the top down; cast on at the neck, work the yoke and shoulders until it’s time to separate the sleeves from the body, and then continue to knit the body and sleeves separately- no seaming required! This is an excellent choice for a first sweater project. Making a baby size will allow you to learn all the techniques on a smaller scale- and it makes a great baby gift!  Materials: Enough worsted-weight yarn to make your chosen size- we used Merino + Color, US 5 + 7 circular needles, stitch markers, South St Pullover for Babies pattern is free with yarn purchase.  Homework: Please come to the first class with your yarn selected and your swatch knit. We’ll give you swatching instructions when you select your yarn.  Skill level: This is suitable for graduates of Knit 2 or those comfortable with knitting and purling in the round as well as increasing and decreasing.
