Union Cowl Kit

Union Cowl Kit

$75.00

Malabrigo and Blue Sky Fibers have teamed up to bring us a gorgeous new holiday cowl knit using a combination of Caprino, a luxurious Malabrigo yarn, and a brand new, not yet released yarn from Blue Sky called Prairie!  The cowl is knit from the top down in concentrically alternating bands of stockinette and reverse stockinette stitch. The stitching combines with the contrasting yarn fibers to create a uniquely textural, color-blocked effect in coordinated shades that melt together beautifully.   Caprino is Malabrigo's decadently soft sport-weight blend of 80% Merino and 20% cashmere. How this yarn's fiber blend responds to Malabrigo's kettle dyeing process is nothing short of magical - each strand glows with color-rich, radiant color!   Making its debut this fall, Prairie is Blue Sky's dreamy, 100% natural alpaca yarn that blends Suri Alpaca and Baby Huacaya Alpaca in one soft and gauzy fingering weight strand. It's light, airy, and a fabulous alternative to laceweight mohair, giving a similarly lush and feathery halo! JOIN OUR KAL! What is a Knitalong?
