Deep Square Pan, 16x16x3, Fat Daddio's

Our square cake pan is anodized making it scratch-resistant and ensuring that rust, peels and flakes are not a concern. It is temperature rated to 550° F and with its ability to withstand constant use, it can be used daily by home bakers or in commercial bakeries. The 14-gauge anodized aluminum creates a non-reactive surface making this cake pan perfect for citrus and tomato-based recipes including casseroles and deep dish pizzas! The ½” rim makes for easy-handling!  We recommend hand washing your Fat Daddio's cake pans as dishwasher detergents can cause discolorations.
