Howard Albert Entitled Congolese, Artist Proof this 1970 figurative woodcut on paper is by Chicago artist, musician and composer Howard Albert (1911-2004). Albert studied at the Chicago Art Institute and with Stanley William Hayter at Atelier 17 in New York. He was a master printmaker and the founder of the Pauper's Press. 1970 Woodcut on Paper 11"x15" unframed Signed, dated and titled at the bottom. Good vintage condition.
