Jane Mitchell This 1980 graphite on paper board abstract is by East Coast painter, printmaker, and designer Jane Mitchell (1915-1988). Mitchell studied Art History and Fine Art at Wheaton College and the University of Iowa. She lived and worked in Ibiza, Spain during the 1950s-60s and was influenced by Cubism and Surrealism. Mitchell exhibited throughout the U.S. and Spain during her lifetime. 1980Graphite on Paper Board 12.25" x 9" unframed Signed and dated lower right. Good vintage condition.
