Size: 12oz Roasted Coffee Beans Origin: Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia Process: Washed Tasting Notes: Milk Chocolate, Lemon, Green Tea About The Coffee: From producer Mefin Girma in the Gedeo zone of Ethiopia, lie fields of heirloom coffee grown at an altitude of 1800-2150 meters above sea level. Harvest from this lot was done in November of 2024 to February 2025 and then fully washed to produce a clean vibrant cup that we find notes of milk chocolate, lemon and green tea. This coffee is then dried in the sun for 12 days, and available by our friends at Keffa Coffee importers.
