Gordy International - Dukes Of Hazzard Diecast Metal Auto Tools. 1981 New in the package.  The card does have a crease/bend in it just above where the bubble plastic is attached to the card.  Also there is remnants of the original price tag over the side of the General Lee, you may be able to remove it (I have not attempted to remove it) .  Please see photos for condition.
