Join us for a 2-class series taught by Kati Turcotte who is the former owner and coach of DERTI Development. Each class will have a different focus to help each athlete gain the tools to help them succeed on and off the fiel. Class 1- April 19th Fueling for Success: Nutrition for Peak Performance Objective: Teaching athletes how to fuel their body for optimal performance -Macro and Micronutrients -Pre- and Post-workout Nutrition -Hydration and Electrolytes -The Importance of Rest and Recovery -Nutrition Myths & Body Image in Sports Class 2- April 26th Strength and Conditioning: Mental & Physical Objective: Teach proper techniques and benefits of strength training -Benefits of strength training -Key strength movements & form -Mental resilience, stress management and performance mindset -Managing performance pressure -Confidence and mental resilience The Price is for both classes and also comes with a protein and snack.
