Smile. The word sounds so simple but the act can be so tough, because sometimes they are just doing the motion. "For years I hid my smile, I didn’t know how to smile. It was through self determination, and the love and support of others that I was able to decide that smiling was worth it again. With the love and support of those who care about me, they were able to help me on my path to recovery, making me a survivor.
