Designed and made in rainy Seattle with Goretex® material and Seam Sealed and Tested for 100% waterproofing by Goretex® facility here in Seattle.  It is super stylish, breathable, light weight with stow away hood and covers tummy - front velcro®closure, and leash hole access is super easy to put on and off and protects pets from elements while keeping them clean.  The light weight is easy to cover it over fleece.   Waterproofing and Wind Blocking:  100% waterproof and windproof. Breathability: allows the pets’ skin breath so they stay more comfortable while being protected from the wet elements. Durability: Good resistance to wear and tear.
