Arbequina Olive Bonsai Tree (Twisty Trunk)
Description Arbequina is a cultivar of olives which is mostly grown in Spain, recently becoming one of the dominant cultivars in the world because of how much fruit this tree can bear. This unique species will begin to ripen during November, but does not always ripen all at once. The olives are used as an eating olive for its mild and buttery flavor, and used for olive oil for its high oil concentration. The bonsai tree has a beautiful greyish green foliage. The fruit is highly aromatic and dark brown. It makes an excellent and unique indoor bonsai. Specifications 8 years old, approximately 18" tall. Styled with a twisted trunk. A flowering bonsai. Makes edible fruit. Recommended indoor bonsai tree. Suitable humidity / drip tray is recommended.
