IDEAL FOR EVERYDAY USE - For cutting basic patchwork shapes, trimming and squaring smaller units such as half-square triangles and flying geese, as well as medium size quilt blocks FOR RIGHT AND LEFT-HANDED QUILTERS - Numbers are thoughtfully positioned for optimal ease of use for right and left-handed quilters. FOCUS ON 1” or ½” MEASUREMENTS - Cut and square patchwork pieces up to 12 ½” x 12 ½”. Position ruler one way to emphasize on 1” measurements and rotate to focus on ½” measurements. CLEAR MARKINGS - Unfussy, clear, black lines mark 1” grid and dashed lines mark ½” grid to make it easy to clearly see and differentiate measurements. Clear black numbers are backed with pale blue to make them easily visible on dark and light fabrics. NON-SLIP - The bottom of the ruler slides easily over fabric to position and grips securely for no-slip, accurate cuts.
