Leah Travel Bag PAPER Sewing Pattern

The Leah Travel Bag is a roomy mid-size backpack and purse inspired by vintage airplane bags with it’s boxy structure and plentiful pockets. The silhouette has been updated with modern features and lots of options for any bagmaker. View A is a boxy backpack with a front pocket compartment that doubles as a built-in wallet and includes a security flap. View B is the homage to vintage with an adjustable crossbody strap and piping detail. This view is also a project bag with elastic slots in the front compartment for tools and a back grommet hole for on-the-go fiber crafts. All views include a back slip pocket, an interior welt zipper pocket, interior divided slip pocket, and exterior side slip pockets for cell phones. There are triangle rings built into the handle to hold both the strap option and/or any additional accessories, like keys and bag charms.
