Concert Band - Grade 3 This traditional 17th-century song is one of Ireland's most popular folk tunes. The lyrics tell of a highwayman who robs a military officer and is later double-crossed by his woman. The center section features an Irish reel called "The Glass of Beer." Fun from start to finish - your band helps get the audience to clap along. Includes optional parts for banjo/guitar and bodhrán (Irish frame drum).
