The First Stitch: Machine Sewing Basics Workshop 1st-8th Grades

Come learn how to sew! This 2.5 hour class is perfect for kids in grades 1st -8th. We go over the basics of machine sewing and we make a pillow case. 4 students maximum per class.  Students may bring their own sewing machine or use one of ours. There is no fee for using one of ours in this class. *If you bring your own machine please arrive 10 mins before scheduled class time to confirm your machine is in good working order. In the class: threading a machine winding a bobbin sewing straight lines sewing curved lines pivoting making a pillow case                All materials are provided for this class.  Skill Level: Beginner Skill Details: No experience required Refund/Cancellation Policy:  Within 48 hours before class: Full refund is granted only if we can fill your space in the class.
