Cakebread Cellars Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013, is a blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. The 2013 vintage featured a warm spring and consistently mild summer, which fostered a steady, even ripening of the grape varieties. This allowed them to be harvested when sugars and acidity were in perfect balance. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
