Rigid Flex-Core: We've added a nylon core to the head of our silicone spatula, creating a spatula rigid enough to tackle heavy mixing jobs, yet still flexible on the edges to give you the perfect scrape. Ergonomic design: wood handle is contoured to feel comfortable in hand, making it easy to mix, fold, serve, spread, scrape, and flip. Smooth silicone head: Our spatula head is made of rugged silicone for durability and dependable use. The smooth surface makes it easy to spread your brownie or cake batter in a pan, while the flexible edges are tapered to a sharp point to scrape every last bit of batter or sauce out of the bowl or pan. Silicone is heat-proof up to 600°F (315°c), BPA-free, and dishwasher-safe. Removable head: silicone head pulls off of wood handle for easy cleaning. Head is dishwasher-safe, but wood should be hand-washed to prevent cracking.
