Explore the ancient art of sushi making in this hands-on class with professional chef, Barney Northrop. He will show you how to make perfect sushi rice, how to slice the seafood and vegetables, and how to combine the ingredients to make your own beautifully delicious rolls. You will also learn the difference between the three different maki sushi styles: Hosomaki, Uramaki, and Futomaki. About the Chef...  Barney was born and raised in Cache Valley. He started cooking in professional kitchens at the age of 16. He has a passion for using foraged and local produce in his cooking as he has learned the art of sustainability. He has completed a 2 1/2 year sushi apprenticeship and is excited to share his passion with you in this sushi class.  Date: March 19th @ 6:00pm Time: 1 1/2 - 2 hours Cost: $60 per person
