Dry-aged, cured beef biltong seasoned with traditional South African spices. Available in quantities of 6 oz and 1 lb Small chunks rather than sliced biltong are usually a little drier than regular biltong. Product notes Biltong is air-cured rather than cooked like jerky — it is slowly wind-dried, which preserves natural enzymes and creates a tender texture. High in quality protein and low in carbohydrates, biltong is an excellent snack for low‑carb or keto diets; pair it with avocado and boiled eggs for additional healthy fats.
