  Dry-aged, cured beef biltong seasoned with traditional South African spices. Available in quantities from 1/2 lb to 1 lb. Product notes Biltong is air-cured rather than cooked like jerky — it is slowly wind-dried, which preserves natural enzymes and creates a tender texture. High in quality protein and low in carbohydrates, biltong is an excellent snack for low‑carb or keto diets; pair it with avocado and boiled eggs for additional healthy fats. Steve’s blend: Beef, salt, pepper, coriander, nutmeg, cloves, Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar. Worcestershire sauce (component): distilled white vinegar, molasses, sugar, water, salt, onions, anchovies, garlic, cloves, tamarind extract, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract.
