Fresh, hand-formed boerewors — coarsely ground beef and /or pork seasoned with authentic South African spices and packed in tender lamb casings and sold in 1 lb vacuum-sealed bags to lock in freshness. Buy in bulk and save. Casing notes Lamb casing: produces a thinner sausage with a more tender casing. Beef-only boerewors is offered in lamb casing. Ingredients Steve’s 5‑ingredient blend: Coarsely ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, coriander, nutmeg, cloves, Worcestershire sauce, and white vinegar. Cooking Instructions Cook on a gas grill or in a pan until golden brown. Once you can break it by twisting it, it is fully cooked.
