Turquoise Collar Necklace, Turquoise Statement Necklace

OMG..... This Statement Turquoise Necklace turned out so beautiful! Made from saucer shaped turquoise beads each approximately one inch in diameter, they stacked so perfectly imperfect to create this stunning Turquoise collar necklace. It lays so nicely right at the base of the neck as the larger beads take up more space. I handcrafted the end cones to encase the first turquoise bead on either end to create a more finished and polished look. The turquoise clasp is also handcrafted by me. I started with flat sheet silver, domed the base in keeping with the circular motif, created a silver bezel around this gorgeous turquoise stone, soldered it to a silver backplate, shaped the backplate so it fit perfectly on the the silver dome, hand stamped circumferentially around the backplate holding the turquoise stone, and soldered them to create one stunning clasp. Off course there is an extensive amount of sanding an polishing, but it gave me so much joy to watch this piece come to life. The cl
