≈Vanilla Cream & Berry Cake

Our staple Vanilla Cake filled with vanilla bean diplomat cream (fluffy pastry cream) and berry compote, covered with vanilla swiss buttercream. Elegant and delicious.  *Berries vary depending on availability* Serving Size:  (all cakes have 4 layers of cake, 3 layers of filling) 6" serves 14-18 people 8" serves 20-25 people 10" serves 26-30 people How to best store your cake: keep cake refrigerated. Take out of fridge 30-60 minutes before serving; heat will cause frosting to melt. Store leftover cake in the fridge in an airtight container or covered with plastic wrap. Cake will keep for 4-5 days. Cakes that contain fruit fillings are in their best quality on the day of pick up.
