Our popular vegan/gluten free carrot cake with fresh carrots, walnuts and raisins, layered and topped with homemade cashew cream.    AVAILABLE ONLY AS A ROUND 8" CAKE: 15-20 servings   How to best store your cake: keep cake refrigerated. Take out of fridge 30-60 minutes before serving; heat will cause frosting to melt. Store leftover cake in the fridge in an airtight container or covered with plastic wrap. Cake will keep for 4-5 days. Cakes that contain fruit fillings are in their best quality on the day of pick up.
