Our light and fluffy Chocolate Cake is layered with dark chocolate mousse and berry compote. Covered with chocolate swiss buttercream. Chocolate and berries: a delicious combination to be enjoyed everyday, not just on Valentine's. *Berries vary depending on availability* Serving Size: (this cakes has 4 layers of cake, 3 layers of filling) 6" serves 14-18 people 8" serves 20-25 people 10" serves 26-30 people How to best store your cake: keep cake refrigerated. Take out of fridge 30-60 minutes before serving; heat will cause frosting to melt. Store leftover cake in the fridge in an airtight container or covered with plastic wrap. Cake will keep for 4-5 days. Cakes that contain fruit fillings are in their best quality on the day of pick up.
