Katara's Necklace (Thermal & Glow-in-the-Dark)

1" round charm inspired by Katara from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Painted with Reflections in the Water for the swirls and a one-off ice blue/ocean blue thermal with aqua/violet unicorn pigment and it glows aqua in the dark! Charms are hand-painted using a stencil so there is some slight variation. Each necklace comes on a dark blue or black 16" organza ribbon necklace with a 2" extender. Keychains come attached to a split key ring and 1" chain with a twisting tangle of jump rings.
