Ruby in Fuchsite Slab

Ruby in fuchsite features swirls (known as “alteration rims”) of blue kyanite forming halos around ruby orbs - actual rubies! - on a lush green background. It’s a painterly and impressionistic scene reminiscent of Monet’s Water Lillies. This slab weighs over half a pound is a nearly 1/2” thick!
