This agate comes from a silver-ore mine in Creede, Colorado (the Last Chance Mine). It is comprised of banded chalcedony, amethyst (purple quartz), and white quartz, the confluence of which create beautiful semi-translucent swathes of pinks and purples, along with delicate runs of deep purple, lilac, and pastel pink bands. Being a silver ore, it can also contain tiny amounts of silver. This is a rough, unpolished slab. Please observe images closely for flaws, as some degree of that is normal. Pictured wet and dry. Approximate measurements: Weight: 147 grams Height & Width: 4.6" x 2.9" at widest points Depth: 0.27" General info: Rough Rock Slabs
