This exceedingly rare agate comes from one small location near Guernsey, Wyoming that is no longer mined. It displays long ribbons of rose-pink to blush breccia suspended in white to semi-translucent agate, the rough of which is covered in fine druzy. In some sections these breccia take the form of shorter, petal-like fragments, and the white agate often forms gorgeous fortifications between the breccia. Youngite can sometimes be confused with Cotton Candy Agate, a pink and white agate from Mexico; however, that material doesn’t tend to show the long ribbons of breccia that Youngite does. A stunning and rare addition to any collection. This is a rough, unpolished slab. Please observe images closely for flaws, as some degree of that is normal. Pictured wet and dry. Approximate measurements: Weight: 144 grams Height & Width: 6.1” x 2.4” at widest points Depth: 0.35” General info: Rough Rock Slabs
