Tarpon Cellars Cambaro Rose

This rosé is a blend of predominately Tempranillo and was picked early just for making rosé.  The freshness and acidity really shine, with green strawberry and watermelon candy on the nose, followed by peach pit soda and grapefruit rind on the mouth. Crisp and dry, the finish has a touch of salinity to complement the acid driven palate.
