All Natural Hand Sanitizer

Besides stinking to high heaven, commercial sanitizers often contain drying alcohol that is too strong for even kids to use! You don't need alcohol in a sanitizer to be effective,  essential oils carry the same, if not better, anti bacterial properties. Instead of triclosan or other toxic and harsh, antibacterial agents, Lulu's uses essential oils that inhibit bacteria naturally, being careful to choose ones that are safe for kids. There is also some evidence that these oils can help battle viruses, making them potentially more effective.  A lot of the unnatural hand sanitizers have phthalates and other harmful chemicals in them, which most of the time, is camouflage with tricky labeling and just says “fragrance.” Phthalates are endocrine disruptors and are not good for the body, especially men as it has been proven to lower their sperm count after continued use.
