Namballe

Sourced from the highlands of Cajamarca, Peru, this lot is especially meaningful to us. We had the opportunity to visit Cajamarca this summer — meeting producers and seeing firsthand the care that goes into every harvest. This community lot comes from the Namballe area, where smallholder farmers combine their harvests to showcase the collective character of their region. In the cup, you’ll find a balanced profile with notes of red plum, pear, and soft citrus. This coffee is full circle for us - from tasting the cherries on the tree to roasting it for you - all made possible by the hard work and dedication of the coffee farmers.
