Bread Bow Knife

Maple wood. Bread Bow knife. Extremely sharp blade. Great for cutting sourdough. The best way to use, is to hang the bread that you are cutting through off the edge of an elevated cutting board on the counter. This helps when the knife reaches through to the bottom of the loaf. Alternatively you can hand lift the loaf for the last few seconds of cutting to help with a straight angle the whole way through. These are excellent for cutting sourdough Boules, baguettes, and pistolettes. Once you get the hang of it, it's truly a superior cutting method! Finished with a light satin polyurethane.
