Irish Soda Bread-Saturday March 15

Classic Irish Soda Bread. Raisins will be soaked in triple sec (an orange liqueur) this helps with a nice hydration to the final texture of the bread. Also caraway seeds lend to the traditional flavors. The recipe includes flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, eggs, buttermilk, sour cream, and salt. Pan size 8"x 3" x 2". Great to go with the Saint Paddy's day meal, or toasted for the Next morning with butter or jam.  You MUST be available for Saturday 12:30 afternoon pickup at the Mattapoisett park and ride, or have a family member that can be there for you.
