A solid wood sample block of Ebonized Ash Our ebonizing process ensures a deep, almost piano-like finish. The finish itself is natural and food safe, and has a matte luster. While we charge a small fee to help cover the cost of making each sample block (which we do by hand), these fees are credited back to you at the time of purchase.
