Dip Top Coat- Step No.4 15ml  Nail Prep Make sure hands are clean and nails are completely dry. Gently push back cuticles. File nails into desired shape. Lightly buff off any shine on the nail surface with a 100 grit file or fine buffer. Cleanse the nail bed with an alcohol wipe to remove debris. Luxie Nail™ Dip System Application 1. Apply a thin layer of Luxie Nail™ Bond to each nail. 2. Working one finger at a time, apply a very thin layer of Luxie Nail™ Base. Avoid the cuticle area by pushing the brush toward the cuticle about 1/16” away and stroking out towards the tip. Make sure skin is free of base. Powder will pick up where base is applied. *Important- Wipe the brush on a clean paper towel between each application to avoid contamination. 3. At a 45 degree angle, immediately dip the nail into Luxie Nail™ Dip Powder. *Tip- For glitters we suggest laying the nail flat onto the dip powder surface. Then gently press the glitter down with your finger tip so it lays flat. 4. Gently
